• By creating an account, you confirm that you are a parent, guardian, or responsible representative of the person you are creating a profile

Purpose

• Wali Woo is for serious Islamic matrimonial connections, not casual dating. All users must use the platform responsibly with respect, sincerity, and good intentions.

Accounts & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree not to use Wali Woo for any unlawful or inappropriate purpose.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Subscriptions & Payments

• Wali Woo may offer free and paid subscription plans.
• Subscriptions are managed through the platform you downloaded the app from (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
• You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to:
• – Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions
• – Apple App Store → Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Refunds are subject to Google Play and Apple App Store policies. Wali Woo cannot process cancellations or refunds directly.
• In the event of technical issues, a refund for any payments made may be offered. However, we reserve the right to decline reimbursement at our discretion.

Terminations

• We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these terms or harms the safety of others.
• Wali Woo reserves the right to deactivate or remove accounts where necessary, even without specific explanation, in order to maintain the safety and integrity of our community.

Content & Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, logos, and materials in the App are owned by Wali Woo Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, distribute, or use any content from Wali Woo without our written consent.

User Conduct

• When using Wali Woo, you agree not to:
• Post false, misleading, or harmful information.
• Harass, abuse, or exploit other users.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.

Data & Privacy

• Your use of Wali Woo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
• By using Wali Woo, you acknowledge and agree that your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

• Wali Woo is a platform for introductions and does not guarantee successful matches or marriages.
• We are not responsible for user conduct, communications, or offline interactions.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wali Woo Ltd and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

• For UK and EU users: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
• For US users: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective once posted in the App and on our website.
• Continued use of Wali Woo means you accept the updated Terms.
